Purchases run under Apple's agreement

Subscriptions and credits are sold through the App Store under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. That document, not this page, governs what you bought; it is the agreement the Terms link on the purchase screens opens, at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. This page covers using the app itself.

What the app is for

YoursToWear is for your own personal use on your own device: a record of the clothes you own, and help deciding what to wear. Using the app means you accept these terms.

YoursToWear does not sell clothes. Discover shows real products from retailers, and Shop opens the retailer's page in your browser; anything you buy there, you buy from the retailer, under its terms and at its prices, which may have changed by the time the page opens. We may earn a commission when you buy through those links.

What the AI features are, and are not

The AI features write text and draw pictures, and Aria suggests looks. What comes back is a suggestion and an illustration — not a photograph, not a measurement and not professional advice — and it can be wrong. A try-on shows an idea of how a look might sit, not how a garment will fit or suit you. Judge anything that matters for yourself.

Do not upload a photo of another person who has not agreed to it, and do not use the AI features to produce images of anyone who has not asked for them.

Free, Pro and credits

YoursToWear is free to use, with limits on the closet, saved outfits and some AI features. Pro is a subscription that lifts those limits, opens the rest and includes AI credits. The plans screen in the app always shows the limits and prices that apply, and we may change them.

A subscription renews until you cancel it in iOS Settings. Refunds are Apple's to give, not ours. If Pro ends, you keep the free plan; pieces and outfits beyond its limits are archived, not deleted, and come back when Pro does.

Services we do not run

Some features rely on services we do not operate — AI providers, a shopping service and retailers, weather services, and Apple for purchases. Their own terms apply to their part of the work, and the Privacy page describes what leaves the device. We provide the app as it is: we cannot promise a service will stay available, that a generated result will be any good, or that a Discover product is still in stock.

Ending it

If you would rather not use the app under these terms, Settings → About & privacy → Delete all my data clears what is on the phone, and removing the app takes the rest with it. Questions: ilyass1.ib@gmail.com.
