Purchases run under Apple's agreement, not this page

Subscriptions and credit packs are sold through the App Store under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. That document, not this one, governs what you bought. It is the agreement the Terms link on the purchase screens opens, and you can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

This page covers using the app itself — the parts Apple's agreement has nothing to say about.

What the app is for

YoursToWear is for your own personal use on your own device: a record of the clothes you own, and help deciding what to wear. It is not a shop, and nothing in it is purchasable, affiliated or sponsored.

What the AI features are, and are not

The AI features write text and draw pictures. What comes back is a suggestion and an illustration — not a photograph, not a measurement, and not professional advice.

A try-on shows an idea of how a look might sit. It is not a fit prediction, and it is not evidence that a garment will suit you, fit you, or look like that in daylight. Judge anything that matters for yourself.

Do not upload a photo of another person who has not agreed to it, and do not use the AI features to produce images of anyone who has not asked for them.

Results occasionally get things wrong. Where the app can check a claim against your own wardrobe it does, and it will show you nothing rather than a number it cannot stand behind — but a generated picture is still a picture generated for you.

Credits and subscriptions

AI work costs credits. A subscription includes a monthly allowance, and extra credits are sold as packs. A credit is spent when the work runs.

A subscription renews until you stop it in iOS Settings. Refunds are Apple's to give rather than ours — we cannot issue one, though we would rather hear about the problem than not.

Cataloguing your closet, building looks, planning the week and packing a trip are not gated. Only the AI features spend credits.

Services we do not run

Some features rely on third-party services we do not operate — AI service providers for pictures and text, weather services for forecasts, and Apple and our payment partner for purchases. Using one of those features means that provider's own terms apply to their part of the work. The Privacy page describes what leaves the device and who receives it.

We provide the app as it is. We cannot promise a provider will stay available, that a generated result will be any good, or that a feature will behave identically forever.

Ending it

Using the app means you accept these terms. If you would rather not, Settings → About & privacy → Delete all my data clears what is on the phone, and removing the app takes the rest with it.
